The service was good place nice and clean staff were very nice.

Not enough English tv channels and couldn't read subtitles very behind on electronics plugs and outlets not updated to us standard customers should not have to buy adapters or plugs to plug in there medical equipment that's the hotels responsible.all and all the restaurant was nice people very nice and accommodating.

The staff were very cooperative, polite and all time helping to solve any issue, especially Mustafa and Taqwa.

We had a great stay at Ramada Şişli and found it to be excellent value for money. We booked a family room, which worked perfectly for us, our teenagers had their own single beds and there was enough closet space for our whole family. The room also included a small kitchenette, which was very convenient, especially for families.The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. They truly went above and beyond their usual duties. A special thank you to Mustafa at the front desk, who was incredibly knowledgeable and shared great tips on local, non-touristy places to visit, which made our stay even more memorable.We also really appreciated the staff’s help when we had an issue with a taxi driver they stepped in and helped resolve it quickly. We highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a warm, personalized experience.

There were some minor cleanliness and maintenance related issues (stained sheets - although they were definitely clean - and gym wasn't well maintained - the same tissues some guest had left on the ground were there for 3 days and the aircon wasn't working). Gym facility is very basic.

I like the staff they were very helpful and kind, essentially Mrs.Sibel Ozer she was so friendly and helped us. Also the breakfast was very good and fresh.

I recently stayed at your hotel, and I regret to inform you that my experience was far below expectations. The overall service and housekeeping were very disappointing.Housekeeping was not up to standard — the room was not properly cleaned, and basic amenities were either missing or not replenished during my stay. Additionally, the staff response to my concerns was slow and unhelpful, which further impacted my stay negatively.One of the housekeeping staff entered my room without knocking or asking for permission, which I consider a serious violation of my privacy. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected.In addition to this, the overall cleanliness of the room was below acceptable standards. The room was not properly cleaned, essential items were not replenished, and the general attitude of the housekeeping team was careless.This kind of service is not what I expect from a hotel of your reputation, and I hope immediate action will be taken to address this incident and improve staff training, especially regarding guest privacy and basic hospitality standards.And we were promised a complimentary spa and massage by the guest relations team as a gesture of goodwill. However, this promise was never fulfilled. We followed up multiple times, but the issue was ignored, which reflects a clear lack of professionalism and integrity.These experiences left us very disappointed and certainly did not reflect the standards we expected from your hotel. I hope you take this complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to address these issues and improve your guest services.

The hotel is straight to the point. Not lavish but they have what you need.

The rooms are not sound proof so you can hear everything from other rooms especially during late night you can’t rest well.

The entire staff was professional and courteous. Aya Husna mustafa and Rita looked to all guests' needs and comforts. The rooms were comfortable and clean.Bathroom was neat and spacious. The terrace breakfast/restaurant was beautiful. The morning breakfast spread was huge, and there was lots of variety for all.Overall, it was a pleasant experience

The lobby area was small but most likely dur to the location.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. I would like to especially thank Takwa and Mustafa for their kindness, professionalism, and helpful attitude. They made our stay much more pleasant and welcoming.

The staff were generally friendly and helpful where they upgraded my room from economy to family. The cleaning lady was especially kind and supportive, and I really appreciated her efforts. The fitness room was also a good facility and one of the highlights of the stay.

I stayed at this hotel for five days, and unfortunately my experience was below expectations.The breakfast was exactly the same every day during my entire stay, with no variety. Breakfast hours are from 7:30 to 10:30 am, which is quite limited and should ideally be extended to at least 11:30 am to avoid inconvenience for guests. On my last day, I came for breakfast at 7:45 am, but the egg chef was not available, which was disappointing.The hotel has an unusual and negative policy requiring guests to purchase fresh orange juice separately for 190 lira. This was surprising and unacceptable, and honestly the first time I have experienced such a policy in any hotel.The towels provided were old and faded, not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. Additionally, the hot water in the bathroom was unstable, frequently turning cold and then hot again without warning.The bathroom amenities were also very poor. The toothpaste provided was very cheap and unpleasant to use, there was no body lotion available, and the soap and shampoo were of the lowest quality. Also, the location is not recommended for people who like to use metro station ( osmanbey) required 10 minutes uphill and down to reach there especially with people who have kids are so difficult.

It offers great service, breakfast is super complete and has a nice view from the restaurant deck. Staff very friendly and helpful, always giving you tips for best transportation. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from Osmanbey Station. And from there, you have an easy metro option to the best sites in Istanbul. Safe zone at night too.
